Overview
IMAC-IT were contracted by AMTSybex in 2016 to design, develop and implement both a new Data Analytics Reporting Tool and an application, used by their clients support desk, known as ‘Where’s my Flow’.
Both new applications were being delivered to meet requirements of NPower, one of AMTSybex’s largest utility company clients. These new products have since become part of AMTSybex’s Affinity Suite.

The Data Analytics tool was designed for senior management and marketing departments to produce graphical representation (screen and reports) of performance and throughput of traffic within the Affinity Suite of applications.
Target user base : 30
Where’s My Flow is a support tool used by call center staff dealing with customer telephone enquiry. Customer data is extracted from the database using a unique customer identification number and displayed within a web browser.
